Thanks to the fact that my grandmother keeps all her recipes in a notebook, I was able to cook delicious cupcakes with raisins in the oven.   • butter - 150 grams;
  • sugar - 150 grams;
  • three eggs;
  • vanilla sugar - a sachet;

  • raisins, dried apricots - to taste.

  1. Melt butter in a water bath, and you can also wait for it to melt well.
  2. Add sugar to the oil and very well rub the ingredients.
  3. Add three eggs, eggs, I usually mine before use, add them one at a time and constantly rub.
  4. When all is done, add a bag of vanilla sugar, two teaspoons of baking powder, five tablespoons of water, but I added six and mix.
  5. Sift flour.
