Two-color biscuit cookies

The desire to eat something sweet together with tea can give an incentive, cook friable cookie biscuits at home. This is a slightly modified home-made recipe, half of the test is done with cocoa powder, after which part of the light dough is combined with chocolate. Thanks to this, interesting divorces are formed, and each biscuit turns out to be original and unrepeatable. It is so attractive that it does not need additional decoration. Ingredients for preparation of bi-color biscuit cookies

Butter 230 g
Vegetable oil 60 ml
Powdered sugar 5-7 st.
Cocoa 2-3 sec.
Flour 300 g

  1. The dough for the kurab should be fat enough, so mix the softened butter (or margarine) and vegetable until approximately uniform.
  2. Add sugar powder to the oil mixture and mix well.
